An emerging Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology professional with a Master’s Degree and hands-on experience in people consulting, recruitment, and learning & development (L&D). While pursuing my Master’s in the USA, I was involved in performance assessment and engagement survey projects that helped organizations to improve their strategies and outcomes. - Managing the company’s University Programs in Malaysia, managing all aspects of campus recruitment and university hiring. - Leveraging Power BI and Excel to generate insights that support data-driven recruitment and HR decision-making. - Analyzing HR data to identify trends and improve the intern-to-full-time employee (FTE) conversion rate. - Closed over 60 hiring requisitions in the first 6 months to help the team meet recruitment goals.
Project 3: System Implementation for a Large Malaysia Bank - Supporting the project management office (PMO) and change management activities. Project 2: Finance Target Operating Model (FTOM) for a Leading Federal Statutory Body in Malaysia - Conducted a comprehensive review of job descriptions to ensure alignment with the organization's future-ready operating model. - Developed a competency framework to enhance capability building within the finance department. - Assisted the team in facilitating a gallery walk attended by over 150 stakeholders to gather insights and foster alignment on the proposed transformation initiatives. Project 1: OKR Transformation for a Client with Over RM10 Billion in Net Assets - Core team member in assisting the client in transitioning from Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to Objectives and Key Results (OKR). - Assisted the team in organizing and facilitating workshops attended by more than 50 employees to deepen their understanding and adoption of OKR methodologies. - Supported the planning of Management Retreats and Board of Directors meetings, with a focus on strategic development and alignment. Additional Contributions - Collaborated with project managers and team members to develop high-impact project proposals with budgets exceeding RM1 million.

Acted as the Head Research Assistant, managing and mentoring 2–3 team members. Conducted data analysis and data entry using SPSS Statistics and Microsoft Excel. • Foundation Assistant (Year 2): Missouri State University Foundation Supported fundraising efforts in the Missouri State University Foundation. Researched prospective donors and grantmakers using Foundation Directory Online. Contributed to grant applications totaling over USD 500K in potential funding. Assisted in planning and executing university events and development initiatives.
