My mission is to inspire, encourage and mentor executives to use lean thinking to solve their business problems. I am leading many proof of concept projects in pioneering organisations to learn how lean can address new problems. My aim is to distil and share this learning as widely as possible so others can follow these examples in their own organisations. I have helped to spread lean thinking to aerospace, construction, retailing, consumer goods, services, healthcare and government in the UK and around the world. I have also helped establish the Lean Enterprise Academy in the UK and the Lean Global Network of 18 non-profit institutes around the world to spread lean thinking. Specialties: Advice to senior management on leading lean transformation programmes, building lean management systems and designing lean value streams. Keynote speaker at in-company events and management meetings and at public conferences.
