I'm currently an MBA candidate at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School focusing on SEER Business Strategy and Leadership/Managing Organizational Change. NachoPlants provides consulting services to individuals and businesses around Los Angeles and provides e-commerce/marketing operational support, plant care and pest-control, interior plant design, and custom-terrarium building services.
Created robust e-commerce division for the company and trained employees across three store locations on best practices for selling and marketing rare tropical plants. I managed the e-commerce and fulfillment team and was responsible for over 10,000 sold plants making it safely to their destination across the USA.
Managed high volumes of leads and consistently had high lead-lease conversion rates. I was responsible for meeting sales goals as well as supporting the existing community. This included co-managing bi-monthly events and regularly negotiating renewals and mediating issues of existing residents. I maintained a proven track record of sales excellence and completed 2019 year as the #1 Sales Leader for my region.
