Most startup founders build software. I build what you can touch. After scaling 10+ Silicon Valley startups across DACH and EMEA — from early traction to IPO and M&A — I've seen what it takes to bring disruptive products to market. Sales has always been my home base: understanding customers, building pipeline, turning a bold idea into repeatable revenue. With preweal sports, I'm applying everything I've learned to a space that's long been overlooked: functional shoulder training. As Co-Founder & VP Sales & Marketing, I'm leading our go-to-market strategy for the ROTATOR — the first patented training system that combines guided movement, bidirectional resistance and rotational patterns in a single device. Why shoulders? Because the gap between what therapists need and what the market offers is enormous. Clinics rely on rubber bands and cable machines. Athletes train everything except the joint that matters most. The ROTATOR changes that — for physiotherapy, rehab and performance sport alike. What drives me is the intersection of clinical precision and commercial scalability. A product that therapists trust, patients enjoy and facility owners see as a revenue driver. That's where therapy meets performance. We're currently building our presence in the DACH market and preparing for international expansion. If you're in physiotherapy, sports medicine, medical fitness or health-tech — let's connect. I'm always open to conversations about partnerships, distribution and the future of evidence-based training equipment.
