Finance and investment executive with 15+ years of experience across M&A, investing, capital raising, driving growth, and unlocking operational value creation in the defense, energy transition, and infrastructure sectors I previously led M&A at hep Global, a solar and storage development platform operating across Europe, the U.S., and Japan. Before that, I served as CFO at Cuculus, a European smart-grid software and services business, where I led M&A, capital raising, and company-wide operational and financial transformation. Earlier, I built and launched an industry-first $150m equity fund with Bain Capital to invest in carbon removal projects and led asset-level investing and platform restructuring. Earlier in my career, I advised on $65bn+ of M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions across power, renewables, IPPs, and infrastructure as an M&A banker at Lazard, and worked on energy transition growth strategies with Macquarie and ECOHZ. I began my career negotiating complex, capital-intensive commercial transactions for air and missile defence systems at Raytheon Technologies.
