As Sales Coordinator I was the primary contact point for new clients, managed lead qualification and their subsequent on-boarding. Also, I participated in establishing processes to ensure that objectives are achieved and operated as support and coordinator of the European field wholesale team. I took part in several projects of global impact such as the integration process of wholesale clients from the Tourico Holidays platform to the HotelBeds platform. Finally, my position involved not only administrative CRM task work but also interacting with a wide range of departments in order to guarantee the efficiency within the wholesales team.
As a Regional Sales Coordinator I was in charge of creating and overseeing flash sale offers and set up, contributing to a result of 67.25% top-line increase from 2016 to 2017. In addition, I was involved specific sales projects aimed to improve efficiency within the sales department. I provided support to the sales team by maintaining back office tools up-to-date, investigated and analysed prospective clients that arrived as leads through the company’s website, managed general admin tasks and assisted with the setup of new and existing clients.
As a Product Manager I was responsible for face to face negotiation of contracts with our hotel suppliers. During this period I managed a market and oversaw contracting with hotel suppliers in person. The natural objective was to grow a business relationship and ensure the suppliers understand our distribution network and technology, understand how hotels position themselves and develop preferred agreements and market specific promotions.

As the Club Lounge Supervisor my main duty was to supervise the daily operations of the Club Lounge including Front Desk and Food and Beverage services. These tasks consisted of the scheduling and training of up to 5 Club Lounge agents and the improvement in service standards. In addition I was in charge of handling guest complaints and ensuring that guests’ expectations were not only met, but also exceeded. Furthermore, I developed and maintained guest loyalty to the highest possible. Finally, I managed all Front Desk administrative duties and stock supply.
