I’ve spent the last 10 years specialising exclusively in Cyber Security recruitment across the USA, UK and Ireland. During that time I've partnered with global consulting firms, Fortune 500/FTSE-listed organisations, financial institutions, law firms, cyber security consultancies and high-growth SME & start-up technology businesses to help them attract and hire Cyber Security talent across both leadership and highly specialised technical functions. Joined Alinta Energy while travelling across Australia, supporting business customers and gaining first-hand experience working within a large commercial organisation. The role provided valuable exposure to stakeholder communication, customer engagement, commercial decision-making and problem-solving within a fast-paced business environment. Although outside of recruitment, the experience helped develop many of the relationship-building, communication and consultative skills that have remained central throughout my career.
