- Selection of candidates for job offers across Western Europe, creating talent pools. - Maintaining long-term and quality client relationships. - Assistance in the Payroll administration for our employees in the Netherlands. - Leading full process, from sourcing to offer stage. - Proactively sourcing of candidate to keep a healthy pipeline, managing expectations and guidance throughout the assessment process.
