I'm an experienced Human Resources professional who gets the operational challenges my customers face. I’m a senior human resources and operations leader with experience spanning greenfield mobilisation, brownfield transformation and M&A integration across the mining and resources sector. I combine a legal and HR background with hands-on production leadership to deliver enterprise-level people strategy that is commercially grounded and operationally credible.
