I've always noticed if there was an absence of fairness and equal opportunity in my surrounds, in what I saw or heard. Perhaps this came from lived experience or that as I travelled through life I saw others treated unfairly or dealt an unlucky hand. It was clear I would always pursue meaningful, but challenging work. As those privy to legal knowledge, we talk about the rule of law, access to justice, rights, impartiality etc but we know that for as long as legal knowledge belongs to the exclusive few, there will be disparity in life outcomes, identifying and navigating a legal problem, access to justice and opportunity. Enter Legal Literacy. This is the missing link, and it needs to be delivered early, to young people - at the start of when laws apply and criminal responsibility kicks in. This is the gamer changer and I'm here for it. I'm a constant thinker. I enjoy engaging in new ideas, perspectives, love a good problem to solve and getting my brain juices going. I have worked in diverse fields and all have helped me build a strong set of (random) skills across investment, education and governance. I'm keen to build my knowledge base, learn from the wise and always up for hearing thoughts (other than my own). I love being out in the world, engaging with all people as I believe this best informs and enriches me as a person.

Responsible for all aspects of people and workplace culture including recruitment, on boarding and employee relations. Grew the workforce from 8 to 20 positive, engaged and motivated team members.
Provided executive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, Academic Board and five sub committees. Successfully undertook interim Company Secretary duties.
