Growth Product Designer who turns experiments into scalable product systems ✨

About

I’m a product designer focused on growth, translating ideas into experiments and evolving them into scalable product systems. At Engine, I design across acquisition, activation, and expansion, building experiences that drive measurable outcomes while maintaining a high bar for craft. My work spans top-of-funnel entry points, onboarding, and lifecycle surfaces, with a focus on turning user behavior into actionable product opportunities. Recently, I: • Led a homepage redesign in close partnership with Brand, defining experience principles and a visual direction that scaled across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces to create a cohesive Q1 brand system • Led a series of hypothesis-driven experiments exploring new ways for prospective users to engage with the product, designing and testing multiple variants to evaluate impact on engagement and conversion across the funnel • Improved signup conversion by 29% by simplifying acquisition flows and reducing friction • Contributed to onboarding and lifecycle improvements that increased first-time booking rates and early user conversion, with new cohorts outperforming prior benchmarks I enjoy working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, building modular systems that enable rapid iteration without sacrificing long-term coherence. I’m especially interested in how design can shape behavior, unlock growth, and create intuitive, engaging product experiences. I have spoken at a number of distinguished conferences such as SXSW on topics such as design through play, transitioning from Industrial Design to Product Design and inclusive design principles. I have also been featured on Headspace as a part of their expert series on the topic of play, and this will always be my bragging right.
