I am a certified nursing assistant with 13 years experience in the field. Have worked hospital, assisted living, nursing home and in home care. I have 11 years of experience with special needs children and adults and have been trained in positive behavior support. I am especially well trained with the needs of persons who have a diagnosis of Autism and Down Syndrome! Have taken several training classes on my own time to further my skills in these areas. I love my work. I have taken nurse delegation training, autism training, nutrition training, positive behavior support training, respiratory disease training, child development courses, on job training from parents, children and behavior specialists. I can take vitals, assist with personal care, help out with things such as dishes, laundry, vacuuming, ect, work on behaviors, take to doc appts, assist with medications, grocery shop, prepare and serve meals, help teach social skills through community outings and much more. Able and willing to be taught anything along the way! I am a very hard worker and give 100 percent at what I do.
