I help beauty brands turn retail data into commercial decisions that actually move the needle — especially at Sephora, Ulta, and the prestige retailers that make or break a brand's growth trajectory. Over the last decade I've built my career around one thing: forging meaningful relationships between brands and the businesses they sell through. For the past three and a half years, that's meant working with some of the most exciting names in prestige beauty — from indie launches to established global brands — helping them make sense of what's happening at store level, across every retail channel. At Accelerated Analytics, I work consultatively with VPs, GMs, Sales and Operations leaders to bridge the gap between what your retail systems tell you and what's actually happening on the shelf. That gap — between reported inventory and physical availability, between sell-in and sell-through — is where brands quietly lose momentum. My role is to make sure that doesn't happen. The brands I work with use our data to walk into buyer meetings at Sephora, Ulta, and other key retailers armed with the same visibility the buyer has — or better. That shift, from reactive to proactive, changes everything about how a brand manages its retail relationships and reduces out-of-stocks before they cost you placement. I work consultatively with VP, GM, and executive-level leaders across prestige beauty to transform how they use retail data — turning raw POS and inventory sgnals into strategic decisions that protect placement, improve sell-through, and win at Sephora, Ulta, and across every key retail channel. In this role, I partner with some of the most exciting names in beauty — from high-growth indie brands to established global houses— helping them bridge the gap between what their internal systems report and what's actually happening store-by-store on the shelf. Core focus areas: • Retail execution intelligence: helping brands monitor and act on in-stock performance, phantom out-of-stocks, ad inventory accuracy at store level across Sephora, Ulta, and 600+ retailers • Buyer relationship transformation: equipping brand to walk into buyer meetings with the same data visibility the buyer has — or better • Consultative SaaS ales: guiding senior decision-makers through a solution that changes how they plan, execute, and report o retail performance • New business development: identifying and converting prestige beauty brands whose retail ambitions outpace their current data capabilities Clients I work with include VP of Sales, General managers, Directors of Retail Operations, and C-suite leaders across the worlds leading brands in; skincare, haircare, colour cosmetics, fragrance, and wellness.
