Normalized and migrated existing data from several CSVs into one centralized graph database using DGraph. Developed an internal web application (CRM/ERP) used by staff to curate and upload clothes to the site, as well as post-sale processes like order management and product picking and packing, which allowed for automation of several tasks and increased productivity. Hired and scoped projects for a front end intern (web application design implementation) and a machine learning intern (development of a product price optimization model). Was in charge of interviewing and managing their projects in parallel when they started. Hired a full stack software engineer and scoped both internal software and user facing software projects for him, which included the launch of the account management feature for the user facing web app.
