I am a CPA, specializing in Business Valuation, Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support services. I provide business appraisals and financial forensic analysis for Divorce, Estate, Litigation and M&A purposes. I also work extensively in employee stock options valuation (409A) and FAS 157 fair value measurement . I frequently testify as an expert witness in courts of law in Oregon and Washington. Since 2002, I have performed business valuation services and intellectual property valuation for well over 900 companies. These engagements cut across multiple industries and company sizes. In my prior professional life, I was a financial executive for over 20 years, gaining broad experience in all aspects of business acquisitions and divestitures, accounting, operations and financial management for large Fortune 500 companies as well as small start-ups. I co-founded TechTracker, a startup internet company in 1999, raising over $5MM in venture capital. This Company was sold to CNET in 2007.
