I build and scale software and SaaS businesses – from zero to a standalone unit. At MHP – A Porsche Company I lead the Industrial Cloud Solutions division as Associated Partner: full P&L and budget responsibility and a recurring-revenue business built from zero to a several million euro run rate within three years. What I bring: ▪ Business models that clear the boardroom. I developed and secured approval for "Building the Smartest Factory in the World" at Porsche, including the option to monetise the resulting software assets as licensed products. A nine-figure addressable ARR potential by 2030. ▪ Software that scales beyond the group. AWS-native SaaS solutions for production and manufacturing optimisation, built at Porsche and subsequently rolled out to external customers. ▪ Organisations that did not exist before. Industrial Cloud Solutions at MHP, two CX Factory units at Daimler Mobility, the FleetBoard Innovation Hub in Berlin. Each from concept through recruiting to an established leadership layer. ▪ Products at group scale. The Mercedes me Finance App with more than 100,000 active users across ten-plus markets. "Mercedes-Benz Uptime", today a core element of the truck connectivity strategy. At Daimler Mobility, reduced global service centre effort through digital self-service features – while customer satisfaction increased. ▪ Programmes that had already failed. Took over an SAP CRM programme in escalation and delivered a successful rollout across more than 1,000 Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Europe. ▪ 20 years inside large groups. Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Daimler Mobility – from second-level support to partner level. I know both ends: the workshop floor and the steering committee. ▪ Winner of the Automotive IT Award 2025 (Business Impact, for CO₂MPANION) and 2023 (Diversity), and the Digital Lab Award 2018 from Capital Magazin. ▪ Speaker at Web Summit Lisbon, EXPO 2020 Dubai, Hannover Messe and Tech Open Air Berlin, among others.
