Manage stakeholder engagement and organisational change to drive the implementation and adoption of the Cyber Security team’s User Access Management (UAM) capabilities and controls across the group, while supporting the uplift of UAM policies, governance, and oversight.
Responsible for several of Prezzee's core business enablement products including its Product Catalogue, Order Management System, ERP Integrations, Fraud Management Services and Payment Solutions.
As the Delivery Lead for Product and Customer Experience, I collaborated with the executive, technology, delivery, and product leaders to establish development priorities aligned with the broader business roadmap. As a Subject Matter Expert of the industry, products, and platforms, I assisted in providing input and guidance to support key decisions across the business.
Responsible for the company's propriety CRM and product fulfilment/billing platform. Influenced and drove the platforms development and prioritised the backlog of several engineering squads.
Returned to Australia to establish a new Customer Care leadership team. During my time in this role, I helped to develop and lead the process improvement and operational efficiency programs across the Customer Care business unit.
