Following my Master thesis work, I was called to join the Leonardo’s Chief Technology and Innovation Office, with the aim of contributing to the construction of the Company's approach to Sustainability. Key responsibilities include: - Development of the Group Sustainability Plan in line with the strategic guidelines; - Monitoring and coordination of projects and assessment of their sustainability impacts; - Design and management of open innovation projects with start-ups to implement PoC; - Worked on benchmark analysis on ESG issues and other documentation for Top Management.
Extended internship followed by hiring and promotion to Associate. Projects with Italian and foreign insurance companies. Key responsibilities include: - Definition of business requirements for company’s claims management software; - PMO activities and management of different streams of activities and milestones; - Worked on business proposals with international clients and documentation for Top Management; - Training and mentoring of junior resources.
Applied academic analysis in Leonardo’s industrial context to develop my Master’s thesis under the supervision of Professor Roberto Cingolani (previous Minister of Ecological Transition): - Study and analysis of main trends of the space economy; - Identified new downstream technologies/solutions capable of generating new business models; - Applied sustainability impact evaluation methods to company initiatives vis-à-vis objectives.
Selected as undergraduate for an internship intended for graduates. Key responsibilities include: - Analysis of the Italian automotive market, positioning strategy and sales mix of JLR products; - Management of relationships with the dealer network; - Development of sales forecasts for the Group's models based on the elasticity of demand.
