Primary single point of contact between selected strategic customers and OSIsoft for any post-sales service and activity. Meeting customer deadlines and business objectives, internally support upselling, and coordinate OSIsoft products and services are among my main tasks. Supporting the convergence between the IT and OT worlds through several iIot and Advanced Analytics initiatives is a common key objective for any customer in the current industry world.
Participate in field sales meetings, explaining the value of the PI System from technical and business point of view. Typical deliverables are high-level system design and integration to multiple technologies, PoCs, and customer demonstration and coaching. The main objective is to accelerate the sales cycle by building technical and relational trust with prospects.
Provide complete service to the PI System users, i.e. technical support, field services (system installations and coaching), and courses teaching. Constantly deal with troubleshooting codes and information infrastructures (e.g. OS, Network, Applications, etc.), problem solving and customer facing.
