Investor relations and market communications is a core responsibility of my role, stemming from my experience with capital markets and fund raising.
• Business plan writing and/or updating; • Strategic planning encompassing both financial aspects and pure business aspects; • Capital raising advice; • Wording of documentation for road-show presentations; • Supported entrepreneurs through negotiation processes for acquisition of assets
Managing strategy relating to Business Development & Investment on a global scale.
• Leading the identification of appropriate target tech companies for investment for major Australian investors • Liaison with a wide range of VCs, legal & advisory firms, following through to completion of successful investment • Reporting to major Australian investor firms • Business delegation liaison in the areas of tech, cyber-security, smart city tech and government
