I worked at Mibanco as a member of Encora. At this job my responsibilities were: - Document the flow of the company’s first website for opening new accounts. - Redesign the flow of such website and iterate different solutions. - Participate in research sessions and activities inside and outside the organization. - Co-create and document the system of pictograms and icons to be used for the whole organization. - Co-create a new Design System with the design team. - Co-create a code-ready system for email campaigns.
Leader of the fintech’s design team. My role at the organization was: - Create the basis from which the new app’s experience will be constructed. - Improve the design work flow within the organization. - Test the app with real users with qualitative and quantitative methods. - Create a roadmap for the design team to follow.
