• Responsible for Creating and maintaining proper Arena atmosphere for San Jose Barracuda. • Creates daily game presentation scripting including all video board displays and address announcements. • Responsible for the execution of all hockey game events including stoppage in play promotions, intermission contests, pre-game ceremonies, etc. • Responsible for implementation and execution of all game day operations activities including game contests, concourse activities and pre-game ceremonies. • Juggle a large number of time-critical projects, plans and priorities and to coordinate smoothly with other departments. • Serves as liaison between Team and Arena operations staff. • Interviews, hires and supervises game day employees including Tank Patrol, public address announcer, music coordinator, "fun guy", chuck a puck personnel.

• Responsible for developing the teams Community Relations initiative • Initiate, coordinate, staff, & produce all team community events, mascot & player appearances, and sponsor community events. • Coordinate with venues to put on National Anthem auditions and Ice Girl auditions. • In charge of working with vendors to get quotes and order all game day promotional items. • Work with finance department to insure the marketing department stays within budget. • Producer of team’s game night presentation. • Manage Game Operations staff, video production staff and promo team on game nights. • Managed the visual communication manager to create slides and all video broad graphics • Write and produce PA, production and game day staff scripts. • A liaison between the marketing and communication department and sales department • Work with Corporate Sponsorship department to activate all sponsors in-game elements.
