Attention, emotion, perception, and bodily experience are not secondary to thinking and behaviour — they shape them. People think more clearly, adapt faster, and relate more honestly when mind, body, and emotion move in the same direction. This is what embodied cognition, neuroscience, and learning research increasingly suggest. I design and facilitate learning and development experiences that strengthen emotional intelligence, resilience, adaptive thinking, and decision‑making, especially in complex and uncertain environments. my work sits at the intersection of psychology, experiential learning, neuroscience‑informed practice, and complexity aware. What makes it distinctive is the hands‑on, experiential approach: I engage the body and nervous system and environment as active participants in learning, change, and performance. Growing up between spoken and non‑verbal languages, visual arts, dance, and movement gave me an early curiosity about Perception — how people make sense of what they see, feel, and experience. That curiosity became practice: I studied psychological sciences, trained in DMT and embodied methods, and explored art of illusionism and performance as tools for attention and perception. I’m continually exploring and refining practice‑based approaches that draw on embodied cognition, behavioural science, and experiential learning, viewed through a global wellbeing lens. I integrate concrete neuroscience‑informed tools into workshops and individual work. I work with individuals, groups, and teams through experiential workshops and individual sessions designed to be practical, rigorous, through thought‑provoking tools .
