I'm a digital product and growth lead. I build features that support business growth objectives in commerce, merchandising, content, and acquisition. I came to product through enterprise SEO, which at scale is product work. Managing a 5M+ URL site for a Fortune 500 test and measurement company meant translating business requirements into technical requirements, writing user stories for engineering, owning a cross-functional operational maturity workstream, and shipping work that drove $10MM+ in organic e-commerce revenue. The skills moved cleanly into commerce, CRO, and acquisition for mid-market B2B in aviation, aerospace, industrial, and enterprise tech. What I actually do: translate complex business asks into the features that answer them, align engineering and commercial teams on what to build, and ship work that moves revenue. I'm at my best in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where the system is complex, the stakeholders don't agree yet, and the roadmap is still being written.
