Over the past decade, I’ve led two Y Combinator-backed companies as CEO, served as a founder coach, fractional CEO, COO, angel investor, and held a residency at TED. I'm now growing Crustdata, a Y Combinator startup. In the past 15 months we've grown the business from $600k to $9.2M in ARR (as of May 20, 2026). Additionally, I teach entrepreneurship courses at Stanford University, Columbia University, and D.Y. Patil Business School, where I’m helping shape the next generation of entrepreneurs. My framework, Start With One, is transforming how entrepreneurship is taught and measured globally. Every Saturday at 10am ET, I host a free Start With One office hour via Zoom.

I teach entrepreneurship at Columbia University — Entrepreneurship & Innovation: Changing the World Through Venture Creation. Students go from idea to launched venture: identifying a real problem, customer discovery, building a first prototype, go-to-market, and fundraising. The course is built on my Start With One framework — solving a real problem for one real person as the microcosm of an entire market — and on my experience as a 2x Y Combinator CEO. Every student finishes at Demo Day, telling the story of a specific person whose problem they solved. I've taught 500+ founders across my courses to build more practical, human-centered companies.
I teach a multiple two-week Innovation & Entrepreneurship courses each summer in Stanford University's Pre-Collegiate Studies program. Students learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and venture creation — generating and validating ideas, customer discovery, building a prototype, and pitching at a final Demo Day — through my Start With One framework.

Our dedicated team collaborates closely with founders to change their company's trajectory using our unique Start With One framework.
