Directed client waste, water and energy programs and developed detailed business cases to increase operational efficiencies and achieve costs and consumption reduction goals. * Led the ISS Energy & Sustainability Team charged with developing & implementing $8 Million in global annual energy saving projects for HP. * Wrote a comprehensive Integrated Sustainable Building Management Program to guide property managers in incorporating sustainable practices into every aspect of building operations. * Developed & implemented a comprehensive Zero Waste to Landfill program for MolsonCoors Canada that is on-track to save $400,000 in annual operating costs & achieving Zero Waste to Landfill at all five breweries. * Analyzed & optimized solid & hazardous waste management at five Bombardier Aerospace facilities and implemented a plan that is generating $900,000 in annual savings. * Guided ISS Procurement in the consolidation of solid waste & recycling vendors in North America into a preferred partners agreement saving the organization $190,000 per year in taxes, fees and unit pricing. * Led installation of environmental functions for Takeda/Shire Pharmaceuticals U.S., including waste management plans, waste audits, Zero Waste programs and $1 Million in cost reductions. * Founded the joint ISS-HPI team that achieved Zero Waste Facility Certification for HP Palo Alto, CA. * Developed and manage Continuous Improvement Programs for all services related to the HPE, HPI & Takeda accounts globally. Initiatives led to annual ISS and client savings averaging $300,000. * Led the soft services Service Excellence Team (SET) to analyze current process and technologies..
