I'm a UI/UX & Visual Designer recently graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art. With a film and TV production background, I've been performing as a keen observer with an analytical mind and empathy. I always love understanding different perspectives and motivations to play a better role as a storyteller, which leads me on a journey to create visual elements to communicate ideas and information from film to design. During my career, I have designed interfaces to provide customers with an enjoyable experience, created graphics, and built marketing strategies for e-commerce campaigns. Having experience working in both information and retail convenience store companies has developed my adaptability to explore new mediums and working styles. Outside of design, you can see me wandering on Spotify, watching animation and inspiring channels on YouTube, and cooking Taiwanese food in my "Hell's Kitchen."
• Designed and led product management for projects including FamiPay and FamiPoint in FamilyMart App. Grew revenue by 50% in the first 2 quarters of 2021. Developed internal demand apps and related companies’ design projects. • Participated in user research and user testing for the innovative update of FamilyMart App and built new internal demand tools by collaborating with BCG to reduce drafting time to automatically create and upload 1000 images in 5 minutes for product promotion. • Led the e-commerce team of 4 people, provided marketing and design strategy to allocate digital design work including banners, posters, electronic direct mail (EDM) and landing pages. Resulted in the average monthly growth of performance and revenue of NTD$ 10M in 2021. • Partnered with product managers and software development team in defining the user experience. Delivered wireframes, persona, user flows, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, interaction and visual design • Designed UI kits, icons, logos, and graphics for official website, application, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Partnered with software developers to optimize karaoke apps KaraDoReMi and Hikara’s experiences through research, ideation, and user testing. Increased user engagement month over month by 20%. • Compiled playlists and analyzed music charts based on competitive products, major music streaming and social platforms including YouTube, Spotify, KKBOX, and TikTok. Created karaoke music and 50+ classified playlists. • Created high-fidelity interfaces, UI kits, styleguide, over 20+ playlist covers, social media content, and audio visualization music video.
