Central Southern Europe (CSE) is one of the 4 European Business Units of The Coca-Cola Company, covering 23 countries. As Technical Director I manage Quality/Sustainability, Commercialization and Supply Chain, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SRA) for this territory.
As part of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group Supply Chain, was coordinating the cross-border supply, contingencies and some very interesting supply chain infrastructure optimization projects.
