As an Onboarding Specialist I play a strategic role in the success of the customer implementation and customer time-to-value. I work closely with prospective customers that may complete a free trial and customers post-contract signature. Responsabilities: ●Act as the primary point of contact for prospects during a trial, being the subject matter expert for all product and platform related questions. ●Proactively drive the onboarding process. ●Run and manage implementation calls and customer kickoff meetings, including content ownership. ●Responsible for training and assisting customers in configuring the platform through interactive meetings and email communications. ●Provide timely responses to customer enquiries via different channels, collaborating closely with the sales team and Customer Success Managers on overall customer goals. ●Create and execute customer implementation and formal project plans. ●Work closely with the Customer Success team for a seamless client transition. ●Collaborate with the Solution Engineers to escalate custom requests or technical issues and follow them up until resolution. ●Discover and analyse gaps in the customer experience that may lead to customer attrition and work cross-functionally with others to address such gaps.
Responsabilities: ●Planning the budget of La Liga Risaraldense for the 2020 period, in each one of the modalities of the national championship of Federated Motocross. ●Approach and establishments of important agreements with different private companies (Incolmotos Yamaha, Apostar S.A, Motul, Suzuki, BELL, Postobon S.A., among others). ●Approach and establishments of important agreements with the different public organizations (Ministry of sport-COLDEPORTES, Departmental and Municipal Sports Secretaries), who participate as sponsors of the different Motorcycle Validations held in Pereira
Plan Jarillon de Cali is a macro-project that aims to reduce the risk of flooding, thus protecting the lives and property of 900,000 residents of the city of Cali. Responsabilities: ●Develop documents, charts, proceedings and other requirements during the development of the administrative activities of this project. ●Prepare reports and administrative documents that were required. ●Provide administrative support in the consolidation of databases of the project. ●Support and articulate with the agencies or all those people, both internal and external, that are required for the development of the administrative and social processes of the Project. ●Keep the documents of the administrative processes of the project updated and deliver the prior authorization of the supervisor to the internal or external entities that require it. ●Link with La Secretraria de Gestion de Riesgo, for purposes of monitoring the documents that include the Administrative work of the project. ●Accomplish with the processes and procedures of the management system and integrated control (SISTEDA, ABOS, SGC and MECI). ●Support in the verification and fulfillment of the delivery of the documentation provided by the different processes of El Plan Jarillon de Cali.
