I have been in the mortgage and banking industry for over 26 years and have had multiple roles throughout this time. When I worked at GMAC-RFC, I was a leader for multiple multi-million dollar deals and in charge of making sure all loans were reviewed, and all deadlines were met for the clients I worked with. Along with that, I worked on a help desk for an automated underwriting system, which helped clients get loans approved. I was also a part of testing for updates on Assetwise and branding the online system for the client(s) to make it their own. I have worked multiple positions in customer service that involved working with brokers, sellers and borrowers when I worked at GMAC-RFC, Wells Fargo, US Bank and Freedom Mortgage Corporation. I joined Verus Mortgage Capital in June of 2015, as an Acquisition Specialist. I have become involved in multiple projects, including working closely with the sales associates and MQMR. I recently became a certified master mortgage underwriter with the National Association of Mortgage Underwriters, showing my ability to learn, develop and take the initiative to achieve my highest standard as an employee for Verus. I have also overseen IT services at Verus Mortgage. I have set up new desks with computers, setting up phones, troubleshooting computer issues and saving the company thousands of dollars by not having to hire a 3rd party IT company. Most recently I have been an application business analyst at CB Shared Services. I’m in charge of the retail and business side of applications that our bank employees use and their customers. I have led multiple projects from beginning to completion for all banks. I also take on tickets that banks set up with issues or requests for updates to their online banking.

• Reviews loan package for required documentation • Ensures loan package meets compliance guidelines and corrects discrepancies as necessary • Inputs and confirms data required to generate closing documents • Generates, reviews, and approves the Closing Package & HUD1 Settlement Statement • Serves as liaison with closing agent • Calculates funding amount for each loan package, balances figures with closing agent, releases wire and funds loan • Prepares loan documents for multiple states • Prepares and balances Closing Disclosures • Work directly with processing, loan officers and funding • Follows up post-closing requirements • Report findings in a clear and concise manner • Verify loan file against LOS system to ensure all loan terms and conditions match approval. • Review and verify all fees and charges associated with loans and meet all compliance regulations with HUD provided. • Input and compile loan closing documents and send to closing agent for signing within timeframe outlined by Management. • Correcting or obtaining conditions required for errors and omissions in post-closing • Other tasks as assigned
