A) Partnership Build, Develop and Lead the Partnership Department from scratch which responsibilities include: • B2B Channel Partnership: GoTo/Gojek, Tokopedia, Dana, Blibli, Indosat and Bukalapak • Product Partnership: Banks/Digital Banks, Foreign Exchange/Liquidity Provider, Investment Managers, P2P Lending, Fintech, Insurance, Custodian, KYC partner ,etc • Payment Partnership: Banks, E-Wallets, Payment Gateways • Hands-On Involvement on strategic deal with partners including initiation, presentation, negotiation, contract drafting, project management and project launch B) Project Owner and Project Management (Ad-hoc) To identify, experiment, launch and incubate new business initiatives which responsibilities include: • Closely work with the Co-Founders to identify, research, validate and build business case for potential new business initiatives • Identify and assess the business requirements (BRD) to launch the initiatives, both from internal and external resources (partnership) • Act as Project Owner to lead cross-departmental team and strategic partners to plan, launch and execute new business initiatives • Create high level GTM that act as a foundation and direction of the new initiatives
