Systems Administrator, 2013 – Present • Provided 24/7/365 technical support to ensure maximum system up time for all Faculty, Staff and Students. • Planned and designed wiring blueprints of new satellite office, including AV equipment in all conference rooms. • Successfully networked our satellite office via site-to-site VPN to allow for the expansion of the university. • In partnership with the Center for Teaching and Learning department, we expanded our class offering to include Online classes making our student population increase by more than 200%. • Implemented a DR plan using (StorageCraft) software in ensure all critical data is safe and recoverable if needed.
