I have recently completed the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree at Macquarie University, finishing with First Class Honours. Currently working as a Medical Receptionist and a Mental Health Workshop Facilitator at Toolbox Education.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate mental health workshops for students across private/public schools in Greater Sydney • Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to strengthen emotional wellbeing and resilience. • Work closely with teachers and mental health professionals to ensure programs suit the unique needs of individual school settings, ensuring sessions are meaningful, practical, and aligned with broader educational objectives. • Ongoing professional development, while contributing to the refinement of workshop content and delivery strategies for both students and staff.
• Administrative duties at a comprehensive mental health and wellness clinic providing services such as Psychiatry, Psychology, Dietetics, Trauma Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Neuropsychology assessments, TMS treatment, and Ketamine/Esketamine treatments. • Complete front-desk operations, including managing emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and submitting Medicare and NDIS claims. • Assist new clients in identifying the most suitable clinician for their specific needs by actively listening to their challenges, guiding them through the intake process, and recommending the most appropriate practitioner.
• Assisted in the setup of a large research project investigating the mechanisms of anxiety treatment for children and youth. • Created, refined, and revised a range of study materials to be used by clinicians within clinical trial. • Observed initial assessment and exposure therapy sessions aimed at reducing anxiety symptoms in children. • Shadowed Research Assistant to develop qualitative data coding skills and research administration tasks, including data entry.
• Permanent member of Emanuel School's Jewish Life department advancing the centrality of Jewish learning and students’ educational experience within the school. • Planning and facilitating interactive educational activities for High School students from Year 7-12. • Programming, development, and facilitation of enriching and engaging festival celebrations and commemorative event programming to ensure an engaging experience for students. • Creation and execution of informal education sessions which complement a unit of the school's Jewish Studies curriculum and/or Festival programming. • Close collaboration with different student committees to generate activities that are enjoyable and challenging, integrating a wide range of educational concepts, values, and themes. • Planning and executing Year 10 Camp.
