- Management of cross-regional projects on multimodal brain imaging. - Computational analysis of study data from parallel and consecutive medical imaging modalities for epilepsy disease assessment. - Development and implementation of a research toolbox for the pooling and analysis of multimodal imaging modalities for clinical use in the assessment of epilepsy disease (target audience: clinical staff).
- Controlling and monitoring of multiple cross-departmental and cross-regional multimodal brain imaging studies. - Analysis of large clinical and study datasets from parallel and consecutive medical imaging modalities (EEG, (f)MRI, 18F-FDG-PET, CT) to assess biomarkers in epilepsy patients. - Development, implementation and validation of computational methods for pre-surgical evaluation procedures in focal epilepsy patients. - Creation of curriculum to teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in learning programming languages (MATLAB, C++) and in applying and interpreting computational methods in the field of brain imaging.

- Analysis of biomagnetic imaging data for comparison of inverse computational methods for cortical and volumetric reconstruction of brain activity, including interface development for the presentation of the results. - Designed and implemented novel computational methods for non-linear spatial normalization of MRI data (implemented in MATLAB). - Presentation of study results at in-house conferences.
