Drive the development and operation of a central data platform (databricks), enabling standardized, secure, and scalable data products across the organization.
Led an integrated DS/BI/Data Mesh org (20+ FTE), aligning roadmaps to enterprise strategy and accelerating analytics delivery. Established governance (DQ, metadata, stewardship) enabling lineage across domains. Drove AI-Agents and multi-agent systems; built an AI platform, automated workflows, and enabled teams to use AI efficiently. Advanced the data mesh concept; shipped domain data products with SLAs and clear ownership.
Migrated a legacy stack to Azure Databricks; standardized MLOps (MLflow/Jobs) and shortened release cycles. Scaled the Forecast & Analytics Platform, improving accuracy and efficiency across product lines. Co-led ‘LLMs in der Praxis’ with HS Offenburg, translating research into production use cases.
Sales Growth Insights (global, europe): productionized churn prediction, segmentation, and granular forecasting. Co-built platform integration with engineering squad.
