About

Architect of Strategic Decision Intelligence. Strategy fails not because of bad ideas – but because decisions don’t follow it. That’s the gap most organisations underestimate. I design systems that turn strategy into measurable decisions and real impact. This is what I call Strategic Decision Intelligence. As CFO & Strategy Coach at StrategyFrame, I work where this category becomes real – helping organisations turn strategy from a static plan into a system that drives decisions at scale. My background spans over 25 years across banking, consulting and entrepreneurship. I have been a BaFin-approved Managing Director and Director at PwC Luxembourg, leading large-scale transformation initiatives across regulation, sustainable finance and operating models. I operate at the intersection of strategy, finance and technology – with one goal: making better decisions scalable. Beyond my role, I act as an entrepreneur and investor, with a focus on real estate, M&A and scalable business models. This dual perspective allows me to combine analytical depth with entrepreneurial pragmatism. I also lecture at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where I teach the next generation of finance professionals. If your strategy matters, your decisions should follow it. Most organisations are not set up for that.
