• Head of IT for the Cargill Premix & Nutrition Group, covering a global scope of applications, portfolio’s, financials for multiple subsidiaries with operations in 25+ countries • Worked across the enterprise, group and business leaders to develop and launch a new IT Process, data and technology Strategy, linked to the Enterprise business strategy focused on application modernization, cyber security improvements, data management and innovation • Responsibility to provide leadership, coaching and development to a global diverse team of IT professionals and business relationship managers that focused on managing the IT investment and execution portfolio, Service Delivery Management and managing innovation/optimization opportunities pipeline • Financial responsibility for the group IT budget of over $120M between run and change portfolio, overseeing the execution of the yearly and quarterly budgeting cycles

• Lead the Design, Build and Test (DBT) organization of about 150 global internal and contracted resources in planning and execution of DBT activities in one of the Strategic E2E SAP Instances for a large portfolio of projects, programs and deployments • Drive changes and adoptions to utilize DBT principles aligned to corporate standards and drive continuous improvements into the development and release process to safeguard the stability of the ERP production environment • Accountable to manage the demand-supply and financials (including budgeting and forecasting) of the whole DBT team.
