I am an IT leader with 20+ years of experience in instigating innovation through transformational change to business architecture, strategy, operations and technology. I am passionate about the ability to develop and execute on business-IT strategies informed by external dynamics (technology, regulations and markets) mixed with the internal business factors (Business Strategy, culture, IT landscape, growth aspirations and more). Having a strong and broad Supply Chain Background supplemented with business process knowledge on other domains allows to be able to drive alignment and connection across organizations. As a director I have led multiple E2E full lifecycle ERP modernization programs and have experience leading change initiatives on a global scale while showing strong leadership skills that focus on harvesting full potential of a team. Throughout my career I have managed teams varying in size from 8 to 150+ people represented by both internal employees and contractors and take pride and joy in developing others. My strength to influence and inspire others and demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and functional areas of an organization make me a leader with conviction, respect, and strong vision. As a leader I managed various IT landscape architectures including the IT infrastructure, 3rd party suppliers contracting and delivery, E2E maintenance and financial budgets and forecasting (with budgets varying from $30m to $120m in Run and Change).
