I am an Engineering Director in telecommunications, VoIP, and unified communications, specializing in turning complex technical platforms into reliable, scalable, and measurable operational services. I currently lead the Engineering department at Kind Technologies, where I am responsible for delivering VoIP and UC services to strategic customers, the operational management of the help desk, and defining support processes (N1–N3), SLAs, and performance metrics such as MTTR. My focus is on reducing operational risk, standardizing execution, and increasing the perceived value of the service to enterprise customers and carriers. I have extensive experience in the design, implementation, and operation of solutions based on SBCs, Gateways, Softswitches, and VNFs, as well as in Linux environments and virtualization and cloud platforms (KVM, VMware, public and private cloud). I have worked directly with manufacturers and vendors such as AudioCodes, Microsoft (Teams), Metaswitch, Cisco, Huawei, Ribbon, and Oracle. One of my main differentiators is the documentation and formalization of technical knowledge: development of HLD/LLD, provisioning manuals, operating procedures, and execution of ATPs, which enables reproducible operations and high-performance teams. I am passionate about building robust services, leading results-oriented technical teams, and acting as a bridge between engineering, operations, and business.
