Daniel is an Enterprise Change and Transformation leader with 18 years experience, currently at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), where he leads the Enterprise Change Management Practice supporting large‑scale delivery of all Capital Programs for Australia’s energy sector. In his role as Capability Owner and member of the EPO Leadership Team, Daniel partners with executive leaders, portfolios, and delivery teams to strengthen organisational readiness, prioritisation, adoption, and value realisation across complex programs spanning operations, technology, and market reform. Internally, Daniel has established a centralised national function that delivers consistent, best‑practice change management to enable AEMO to deliver safe, reliable, and affordable energy and support Australia’s energy transition. Daniel is an Accredited Change Professional (Master), Prosci certified, holds a Masters of Commerce, and holds a Corporate Membership of the Change Management Institute. Prior to joining AEMO, Daniel held Head of Change/Transformation roles in the Utilities, Telecommunications and Education industries.
