Working with logistics and demand forecasting. Coverages for Revenue role of dedicated customer and contributor to buddy/mentor program and onboarding program for new employees. Work with internal stakeholders within Intel supply chain to resolve customer inquiries. Direct onwards where necessary. Become an expert in understanding each contact's role and scope within the chain and educating customers on best routing practices. Responsible for all order management related activities including customer Web Order Management order entry experience, monitoring how those orders navigate Intel’s complex supply chain for support. thru shipping, freight and complex standardized receiving methodologies. Work with the Sales team and the customer on techniques related to “Assess, Develop, Design and Scale” challenges encountered throughout the relationship. Seek to understand and improve communication flows between organizations. Seek to understand and then provide insight into Customer related order escalations to Intel Management and deliver communication to customers with key results. Keep customer apprised of all Intel Product Supply Health thru organizational level guidances provided by upstream groups in supply chain.
Liaise with the client's key stakeholders and provide strong leadership for the Aladdin relationship Ensure clients are taking full advantage of Aladdin’s capabilities through the deployment of new capabilities and analyzing client usage metrics Actively manage client communications in regards to Aladdin product changes and improvements, including release notes, deliverables, announcements Work closely with the client and Aladdin Product Managers to support client development needs Aid in developing client servicing processes to make the Aladdin Relationship Management business more efficient Develop strong relationships within BlackRock Solutions and BlackRock to ensure the best client experience
