Pederneiras Plant - Brazil Support for Articulated Haulers, Wheel Loaders, Axle and Excavators assembly lines. Continuous improvement support using VPS (Volvo Production System) tools like Standardized Work, Assembly line balance, 5S, Poka Yoke, Quick Response Problem Solving (QRPS), Value Stream Mapping to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce standard time, reduce changeover time and improve efficiency. Designing complex or intricate tools, jigs and fixtures using CATIA, AutoCAD. Support for implementation of new lean assembly line.
