• Inventory and quality management of all goods stored in KSA; • Cycle counts, physical inventory and loss prevention controls, coordination and routines implementation; • Clearance management of all imported items, relationship with brokers and port authorities; • Supply management of Jeddah and Dammam concentration ports and replenishment of 5 cold stores, supporting all local sales; • Insurance management, covering all goods stored and deliveries; • Quality control and routines implementation in all cold stores; • Sales & Operation Planning management, interacting with all BRF departments in KSA, Dubai and Brazil, including New Zealand supplier; • Annual demand management and it’s monthly review, for KSA stocks replenishment, including more than 140 SKUs portfolio; • Management of all shipments from Brazil and New Zealand to KSA ports of Jeddah and Dammam; • Supply management of all BRF clients in KSA.Including demand, production, shipment and claims management; • Negotiation of volumes & price for non BRF items, including sales plan and supply strategy definitions.
• Sales & Operation Planning management, interacting with all BRF departments in KSA, Dubai and Brazil, including New Zealand supplier; • Annual demand management and it’s monthly review, for KSA stocks replenishment, including more than 140 SKUs portfolio; • Management of all shipments from Brazil and New Zealand to KSA ports of Jeddah and Dammam.
• Orders management; • Management of “tailor made” items production, for Food Service clients and it’s replenishment for all Brazilian branches; • Supply management of the largest Retails and Food Services clients in Brazil, like Carrefour, Pizza Hut and Subway.
• Process mapping and diagnosis, best practices recommendation and implementation. Worked in many projects, like loss prevention, purchasing and optimization, for retail, mining and logistics operator clients.
