I manage a team of 15 mechanical/electrical engineers, designers, and draftsmen responsible for the design of new and repaired electric machines including DC, AC Induction and AC synchronous motors/generators. Additional department responsibilities include providing the company with general CAD support to design mechanical systems for mining equipment and tooling/fixturing equipment. I enjoy the challenge of accomplishing the multiple company objectives with the resources available and taking on projects personally to bridge the over loaded periods.

Lead design of new refrigerator models sold to international markets. Responsibilities include: translating Marketing specs to Engineering terms, design of mechanical parts and cooling systems to meet Whirlpool and International codes standards, delivery of design to Manufacturing to meet production schedules.
