Leadership: Implemented Epic Bugsy at Providence St. Joseph, a 50+ hospital organization. Managed a team of 4 Bugsy analysts, 1 Lab analyst, and 1 Willow Analyst.
Implementation Execution: Responsible for leading and growing a team of 3 Application Coordinators through all phases of 5 implementations while delivering all projects on-budget and on-time. Managed implementation budgets of up to $250k for add-on implementations. Operations: Internal owner of the Bugsy Install Success Council, a committee which conducted check-ins with each implementation team across the company to ensure implementation success.
