Assisted with the creation of an internal appeals department at Northshore LIJ. I was also responsible for writing clinical appeals, and training physicians and nurses to write clinical appeals. I resigned from the position at LIJ to focus on my appeals consulting firm, namely Centralized Appeals (CA).
