United Kingdom
I am a qualified US attorney having practised in both the United States and Europe. Working for a large international law firm in Washington and Brussels, I was a member of a team of lawyers dedicated to the delivery of eDiscovery services designed to efficiently meet the needs of the firm. From my time in practise to the transition into the eDiscovery service industry, I have successfully advised and managed high-profile projects through all phases of the EDRM process. More specifically, I have provided guidance on large scale document reviews related to phase 2 reviews/second requests, cartel/abuse/state aid investigations, internal investigations, multi-jurisdictional complex litigations, and banking related matters. Throughout my career and now as Managing Director of Sky Discovery, I have always used my experience to guide clients on best practices for managing large volumes of data and advise on eDiscovery solutions that best fit the matter at hand.
