I believe the best organisations are built, not inherited. They are shaped by clear strategy, courageous leadership, sound governance and an unwavering commitment to creating lasting value. My career has taken me from the British Army, through international commercial leadership and into Board-level executive roles, providing the opportunity to lead organisations through growth, transformation and complexity across diverse environments. These experiences have shaped a leadership philosophy grounded in resilience, integrity, accountability and the belief that leadership is measured by the strength of the organisation long after its leaders have moved on. I enjoy working where strategy meets execution, helping organisations navigate change, unlock opportunity and build the capability to thrive in an increasingly complex world. Whether the challenge is growth, transformation, governance or organisational resilience, I believe sustainable success comes from aligning commercial discipline with purpose, empowering people and maintaining absolute clarity of direction. Alongside my executive career, I serve as a Trustee of Severn Hospice, reinforcing my passion for governance, stewardship and leadership that creates value not only for organisations, but for the people and communities they serve. I remain curious, ambitious and energised by organisations that are prepared to think differently. My focus is simple: helping build organisations that are stronger, more resilient and better prepared for the future than when I first joined them.
