Exposure Tracker was a exposure tracking application built to provide firefighters and medical staff a method of tracking exposure that they may come in contact with throughout the course of they're work. Here I was in charge of managing a team of engineers to rebuild the application from the ground up using Ruby on Rails as a framework and React.js to support the front-end.
StockTwits is a social networking application messaging app built around the discussion of stocks and investing. They've now grown to support a network of over 1 million users. StockTwits was my first entry into the startup world and my first software position. I spent my first year doing back-end and front-end work on wordpress sites for various media and blog outlets, The last 3 years working for StockTwits I spent my time working on the main application doing both back-end (Ruby) and front-end (JavaScript).
