As a food scientist and team leader in the dairy industry, I combine deep technical expertise with people-centered leadership to drive meaningful innovation and operational excellence. Over the years, I’ve led cross-functional projects across product and process development, particularly in milk, cream, butter and milk powders. I’m passionate about turning complex challenges into elegant, efficient solutions — always with a mindset of continuous learning, empathy, and integrity. Currently pursuing my second Master's in Management, Technology & Economics at ETH Zurich, I strive to bridge the gap between science and strategy. Whether it’s empowering teams, improving processes, or shaping long-term direction, I lead with purpose and innovate with expertise.
