Responsible for definition and implementation of global brand strategy | Develop long-term strategy based on target consumer needs | Generate clear brand image and differentiation | Consistent implementation of brand strategy by product divisions, channels and through marketing measures | Coordinate and overlook product creation and buying processes | Allocation of budgets for each division across all direct - to- consumer channels | Definition of collection creation rhythm with sales and sourcing | Ensure collection is consistently aligned to overall brand image across divisions | Ensure “best in class” visual merchandising – concept at POS | Responsible for all global brand marketing activities and transport of brand message consistently across all channels and countries

Report directly to the Chief Product Officer Strategic and operative management as well as managerial responsibility of division | Protection and increase of market position | Planning and adherence to defined budgets | Controlling of sourcing such as optimization of gross margin | Store checks / fashion fairs as well as international sourcing trips | Guiding the creative direction, create fashionable and 'in line with the market - collections ' | Leading the technical product development (sampling and production) | Guiding and leading of cross – divisional sourcing projects to optimize lead- times | Strategic fusion of cross divisional buying departments | Guiding and leading of cross divisional product statements | Responsible for 12 main collections, NOS collections, product statements and flash collections per year | Presentation of collection to international sales team
